Start with the title you have

If you are unsure whether a lien still exists, contact the lender and ask what is needed for a lien release. Coastal Wheels can explain the donation steps, but only the lienholder can clear the financial interest so the title can be signed over to Heritage for the Blind.
Confirm who has legal authority to sign
The person signing the title should be the titled owner or someone with legal authority to act for that owner. If the car is in someone else’s name, Coastal Wheels will help you understand what may be required before pickup.
